The Audacity of Hope:  A Celebration of African-American Achievement

When American history books mention famous black scientists, the list usually doesn't go much further than botanist George Washington Carver.  The Audacity of Hope: A Celebration of African-American Achievement is a quick trip through the words, sounds and sights of many important African-American history makers.  Hear the words of Maya Angelou and Langston Hughes, remember Jesse Owens Olympic feats, snap to the sounds of Ella Fitzgerald and discover a plethora of inventions by people of color delivered in a contemporary spoken word style by a talented troupe of players.  Ideal for Black History Month.  Written by Teresa Coleman Wash

Succeeding Beyond The Limits, an educational stage play
Often times the LD child is labeled as lazy and dumb when in fact, many children with learning differences have average to above average intelligence, and sadly enough, this population is a recruiting ground for our penal system.   Succeeding Beyond The Limits is an educational stage play that dispels the misconceptions associated with kids who have learning differences.  The play feature creative dance and original music by  maestro Steven Taylor.  Succeeding help children of all cultures to realize and revel in their own uniqueness.  Q & A session after performance.  Written and directed by Teresa Coleman Wash.
