11th Annual New Play Competition
A showcase of local literary talent

Audition Dates:
Saturday, January 26, 2013 1PM - 5PM
Sunday, January 27, 2013 (callbacks), 2PM - 4PM

Show Dates:
Preview Night - Tuesday, March 5, 2013, 7:30 PM
Runs March 6 - 10 (Wednesday through Sunday)

Synopsis: Local playwrights will compete for a chance to win $1,000 cash and bragging rights for an entire year. Audience members are given ballots to vote for their favorite one-act play each night. On closing night, we tally the votes and award the cash and prizes.

Audition Informaton:

• Actors between the ages of 16 and 70 of all ethnicities are encouraged to audition
• Please prepare a one minute monologue
• Be prepared for cold readings from the script
• A resume and headshot is recommended
• All actors will be compensated
